I am thankful that I learned about what an inspiration Esther was to so many. I am so sorry for your loss.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17732204343388144996noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5717436549810485918.post-88384332968259380372010-09-07T01:47:29.109-04:002010-09-07T01:47:29.109-04:00Charlcie, pediatric thyroid cancer is much rarer a...Charlcie, pediatric thyroid cancer is much rarer and more serious than in adults. And the first chemo/radiation treatment Esther used DID give her another full year of life, so it didn't cure her, but it did help. I'm sure your prognosis is hopeful, and we hope the best with you. Esther would want her message to be one of hope, to know that life matters no matter how long it lasts. Take heart--live well!

Lori (Esther's mom)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5717436549810485918.post-71240760249533070202010-08-28T08:23:07.754-04:002010-08-28T08:23:07.754-04:00Agreed, MommaMindy.
